Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of supporting enterprise-level workloads by 2026.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop long-term technical roadmaps for AI evolution, identifying emerging technologies like Neuromorphic computing and advanced LLMs.
- System Optimization: Oversee the optimization of deep learning pipelines, reducing latency and improving inference accuracy.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Quantum Integration: Pioneering research into hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures for specific high-compute tasks.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and AI architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and CUDA.
- Cloud Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of anticipating industry trends and translating them into actionable technical strategies.
