Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI systems aligned with the 2026 deployment roadmap.
- Lead a high-performance team of machine learning engineers and data scientists.
- Define technical standards, code quality benchmarks, and best practices for AI development.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate business goals into technical architecture.
- Drive innovation in generative AI and predictive modeling technologies.
- Mentor junior staff and conduct technical reviews to ensure excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern ML frameworks.
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams to successful delivery.
- Deep understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and model governance.
- Experience working in high-paced, agile environments targeting aggressive deadlines.
