Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 technical vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists in the development of proprietary AI models.
- Oversee system architecture, ensuring high availability, security, and performance under heavy load.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex technical concepts into actionable roadmaps.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model governance, and ethical AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning leadership.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and large language model (LLM) architecture.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
