Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant neural architectures designed for the high-compute demands of 2026 workloads.
- Research Integration: Translate cutting-edge academic research into practical, deployable software components for the 2026 Initiative.
- System Optimization: Oversee the training and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-modal systems to ensure peak performance.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with hardware engineers to optimize for next-gen edge computing environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed training frameworks.
- Specialized Knowledge: Deep understanding of Deep Reinforcement Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI models.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in large-scale systems.
