Job Description
We are on the precipice of a new era. Nexus Horizon Systems is seeking a visionary Lead AI Architect to spearhead our '2026 Horizon Initiative'βa project dedicated to defining the next generation of General Artificial Intelligence (AGI). If you are passionate about pushing the boundaries of machine learning, quantum computing integration, and sentient code architecture, this is your opportunity to build the future.
As a key member of our elite R&D division, you will design the core algorithms that will power autonomous systems, predictive analytics, and adaptive learning environments for the mid-2020s and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Architect Core Intelligence: Design and implement scalable, robust neural network architectures capable of surpassing current AGI benchmarks by 2026.
- Pilot Quantum Integration: Oversee the integration of quantum computing protocols into deep learning models to solve complex optimization problems in real-time.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish the foundational protocols for safe, unbiased, and transparent AI decision-making frameworks.
- Prototype Development: Lead the engineering of experimental AI prototypes, transitioning theoretical models into production-ready software.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of elite data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and high-performance engineering.
- Future-Proofing: Continuously research emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic chips, holographic computing interfaces) to future-proof our architecture.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Computational Neuroscience, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with quantum computing libraries (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Innovation: Demonstrated history of publishing research papers or patenting novel algorithms in the AI space.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, undefined problems in unstructured environments.
- Communication: Ability to translate complex technical concepts for cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership.
