Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Spearhead the design and implementation of robust AI architectures designed to scale for the 2026 market demands.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for integrating emerging technologies such as Generative AI and Edge Computing into core products.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of data scientists and machine learning engineers.
- Technical Innovation: Research and prototype novel algorithms that push the boundaries of current AI capabilities.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (Ph.D. preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- AI Knowledge: Proven track record of deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision systems in production.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive consensus.
