Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable inference pipelines for next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and Multimodal Agents.
- Optimize model performance for low-latency, high-throughput environments using Rust and C++.
- Design robust evaluation frameworks to measure the safety and reliability of autonomous agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Project 2026 systems into consumer and enterprise applications.
- Pioneer research in Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and Chain-of-Thought reasoning.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience deploying models in production using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing.
