This is not just a planning role; it is a hands-on leadership position. You will define the "2026 Vision" for our engineering teams, oversee the transition to sustainable cloud architectures, and serve as the primary evangelist for our long-term technological goals.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Roadmap in alignment with company-wide business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness) into core products by 2026.
- Oversee the architectural transition to high-scale cloud environments.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with long-term technology investments.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure budget and resources for the 2026 transition.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the 2026 initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or enterprise architecture.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and cloud infrastructure trends.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast market shifts and competitor movements.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $5M.
