Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Tech Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our technology stack, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and emerging industry trends.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design robust, high-performance cloud infrastructure capable of handling next-generation data loads and AI workloads.
- AI & Automation Integration: Spearhead the integration of advanced AI agents and automation tools into core business processes to drive efficiency.
- Legacy Modernization: Oversee the transition of legacy systems to future-proof microservices and serverless architectures.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and security teams to foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Vendor & Technology Selection: Evaluate and select emerging technologies (Quantum-ready algorithms, Edge computing, etc.) for pilot programs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Kubernetes/Docker), and modern programming languages (Go, Rust, Python).
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and apply foresight to technical planning.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), neural networks, and their application in enterprise environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
