Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision for 2026 and beyond, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead the architecture and design of scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling next-generation data loads.
- Mentor and coach senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers and C-suite executives, to translate complex requirements into technical strategies.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Edge Computing, to maintain a competitive edge.
- Oversee code quality, security protocols, and deployment pipelines to ensure robust system integrity.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a Lead or Principal Engineer role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of 2026-era technologies, including AI integration, blockchain, and predictive analytics.
- Proven track record of leading diverse teams through complex technical challenges and agile transformations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
