Role Overview:
As a Junior UX Designer, you will work closely with senior designers and product managers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. You will contribute to various stages of the design process, from research and wireframing to prototyping and testing.
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing, to gather actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the product and development teams to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of our design system and style guides.
- Participate in design critiques and brainstorming sessions to refine concepts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
- A portfolio showcasing design process and projects (academic or personal) is required.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
