Responsibilities
- Assist the design team in conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to translate design concepts into functional code.
- Maintain and contribute to our design system to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and design critiques to refine project outcomes.
- Stay updated on the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
- A portfolio demonstrating your design process, creativity, and problem-solving skills (class projects are welcome).
- Basic knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Familiarity with design software such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
- Attention to detail and a passion for user-centric design.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and handle constructive feedback.
