Responsibilities
- Assist senior UX designers in conducting user research, including interviews and usability testing.
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity sketches, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design solutions.
- Maintain and update our internal design system and component libraries.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
- Present design concepts to the team and iterate based on stakeholder feedback.
Qualifications
- A strong passion for design, technology, and improving user lives.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Basic understanding of UI principles, visual hierarchy, and typography.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A portfolio showcasing design projects (academic or personal) is required.
- Ability to take constructive criticism and adapt designs accordingly.
- Understanding of basic HTML and CSS is a plus but not mandatory.
