Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product teams to understand user needs and business objectives
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using FigmaConduct user research sessions and synthesize findings into actionable insightsDevelop design documentation and style guidesParticipate in design critiques and iterate based on feedbackAssist in usability testing and qualitative analysisSupport design system maintenance and component library updates
Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating design thinking (school projects, personal work, or hackathon submissions)
- Familiarity with UX principles and design methodologies
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (bonus)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
