Responsibilities
- Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes based on research
- Develop interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct usability testing sessions and synthesize findings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing)
- Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback and user data
- Document design systems and maintain component libraries
- Present design solutions to clients and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design thinking (personal projects, academic work, or freelance accepted)
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Basic understanding of user research methodologies
- Strong visual communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to receive constructive feedback and iterate quickly
- Passion for accessibility and inclusive design principles
- High school diploma or equivalent (design degree preferred but not required)
