Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business goals
- Create wireframes, user flows, and low-fidelity prototypes using Figma
- Conduct basic user research and usability testing sessions
- Develop responsive UI designs with attention to accessibility standards
- Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback and user insights
- Document design decisions and maintain organized design systems
- Participate in agile sprints and design critiques
Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design projects (school projects, personal work, or case studies accepted)
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools (training provided)
- Basic understanding of design principles (color, typography, layout)
