Responsibilities

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups to ensure project milestones are met.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing systems to improve performance and user experience.
- Contribute to technical documentation and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Basic understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software development lifecycle.
- Familiarity with at least one programming language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be willing to relocate to Virginia or be based in Chicago with hybrid flexibility.
