Responsibilities
- Code Development: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code under the guidance of senior developers.
- Debugging & Testing: Assist in identifying and resolving software bugs and writing unit tests to ensure code quality.
- Learning & Growth: Actively participate in code reviews, technical workshops, and mentorship programs to expand your skill set.
- Collaboration: Work within an Agile/Scrum team to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain technical documentation and update project wikis as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent bootcamp certification).
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and at least one web-based language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to break down complex problems into manageable steps.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control systems like Git and basic knowledge of SQL.
- Mindset: A genuine passion for technology and a willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
