Responsibilities
- Code Development: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript under the supervision of senior developers.
- Debugging & Testing: Assist in identifying, diagnosing, and fixing software defects to ensure high-quality application performance.
- Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups, code reviews, and sprint planning meetings to contribute to team goals.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, API references, and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Research: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices to suggest improvements to our current tech stack.
- UI/UX Support: Collaborate with the design team to implement responsive web interfaces that provide a seamless user experience.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience/bootcamp certification).
- Programming Basics: Familiarity with at least one programming language and basic understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Web Fundamentals: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and a scripting language is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to break down complex problems into manageable steps.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
