Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software code in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Debug and resolve software defects and performance issues efficiently.
- Write technical documentation and maintain clear, concise documentation for existing systems.
- Engage in agile development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: No prior professional experience required. Recent graduates or career switchers are encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of programming concepts, data structures, and algorithms.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to break down complex problems into manageable steps.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and basic knowledge of SQL or databases is a plus.
