Responsibilities
- Design, code, and test software modules under the guidance of senior developers to support new feature releases and system improvements.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to ensure the technical implementation of pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces.
- Participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback and learning from peers to maintain high code quality standards.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications, analyzing logs and stack traces to resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch monitoring.
- Engage in daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions to stay aligned with project goals and agile methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with a strong understanding of web development concepts.
- Basic knowledge of at least one backend programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js) or willingness to learn.
- Understanding of database fundamentals (SQL) and experience with version control systems like Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to break down complex technical requirements into manageable tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude towards learning new technologies.
