Responsibilities
- Develop and Maintain Code: Write clean, scalable, and efficient code in Python, Java, or JavaScript using industry best practices.
- Collaborate: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Debug & Test: Identify and fix bugs, ensuring high-quality software delivery and rigorous testing protocols.
- Code Reviews: Participate in peer code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for internal systems and APIs.
- Agile Workflow: Contribute to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on emerging technologies and apply them to improve existing solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Programming Basics: Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript) with a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
