Responsibilities
- Code Development: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Learning & Adaptation: Quickly learn new programming languages, frameworks, and tools as required by projects.
- Testing & Debugging: Assist in identifying and fixing bugs in existing software to improve performance.
- Documentation: Contribute to technical documentation and participate in code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers and product managers.
- Agile Processes: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or completion of a recognized coding bootcamp.
- Programming Basics: Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, C#).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to break down complex problems.
- Eagerness to Learn: A genuine passion for technology and a desire to learn new technologies rapidly.
- Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team.
- Tools: Basic knowledge of Git and version control concepts.
