Responsibilities
- Assist in Development: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for web and mobile applications under the guidance of senior developers.
- Code Review: Participate in code reviews to learn best practices, identify bugs, and improve code quality.
- Debugging: Troubleshoot and fix issues reported by QA or end-users to ensure a smooth user experience.
- Documentation: Document code and technical specifications to ensure knowledge transfer within the team.
- Feature Implementation: Help implement new features and UI/UX designs, translating wireframes into functional code.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to understand requirements and provide technical feedback.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, OR a certificate from an accredited coding bootcamp.
- Technical Basics: Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (or equivalent scripting languages).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems and think logically.
- Version Control: Familiarity with Git and GitHub, including basic branching and merging.
- Tools: Comfortable using code editors (like VS Code) and debugging tools.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members.
- Passion: A strong drive to learn new technologies and stay updated with industry trends.
