Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and software solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Participate in the software development lifecycle, including code reviews, agile ceremonies, and sprint planning.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing codebases under close supervision.
- Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure software quality and stability.
- Document code, algorithms, and technical specifications for future reference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, and marketing) to define and ship new features.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Familiarity with at least one general-purpose programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C++).
- Understanding of basic web technologies including HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated attitude with a high willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
- Basic knowledge of database concepts and SQL is a plus but not required.
