Responsibilities
- Assist in the Design and Development: Collaborate with the senior engineering team to design, code, and test software applications using modern programming languages.
- Code Quality & Reviews: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Participate in code reviews to learn best practices and improve code quality.
- Debugging & Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and resolve software defects and issues to ensure system stability.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including API documentation and system architecture diagrams.
- Feature Implementation: Work on specific features and modules of our products, ensuring they meet client requirements and business goals.
- Team Collaboration: Engage in daily stand-ups and agile ceremonies to communicate progress and challenges to the team.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Technical Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C#) and a basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, SQL).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex problems.
- Learning Agility: A genuine eagerness to learn new technologies, tools, and frameworks quickly.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control systems (like Git) and basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
