Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate datasets to ensure high-quality analysis and reporting.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover hidden trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Create compelling visualizations using Tableau and PowerBI to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Maintain and update reporting dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress.
- Assist in the development of SQL queries and basic Python scripts for automated data extraction.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Programming: Familiarity with Python or R is a strong plus, but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Tool Proficiency: Interest in learning visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for numbers.
- Communication: Ability to explain complex data concepts clearly to a diverse audience.
