Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and process large datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Assist senior analysts in creating data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Conduct preliminary research and analysis to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Illinois and Georgia to understand data needs.
- Document data processes and prepare standard reports for management.
- Participate in weekly training workshops to enhance technical skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts).
- Basic understanding of SQL or Python is a plus but not mandatory for this entry-level role.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
