Responsibilities
- Data Cleaning & Preparation: Collect, clean, and process large sets of raw data to ensure accuracy and consistency for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Assist in the development of interactive dashboards and visual reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Market Research: Support the team in gathering and analyzing market data to identify trends, opportunities, and key performance indicators.
- Reporting: Prepare clear and concise written reports and presentations for stakeholders based on data findings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales departments to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Statistics, Computer Science) is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) is mandatory. Familiarity with SQL or Python is a strong advantage.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a logical way of thinking.
- Communication: Ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical team members effectively.
- Availability: Must be willing to work full-time hours in a remote setting.
