Responsibilities
- Assist in Data Collection: Gather, clean, and organize large datasets from various internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Support Analysis Projects: Work under the guidance of senior analysts to perform basic statistical analysis and data modeling to identify trends and patterns.
- Create Dashboards: Collaborate with the design team to build intuitive and visually appealing data dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Generate Reports: Prepare clear, concise, and actionable reports for stakeholders, summarizing key findings and recommendations.
- Maintain Documentation: Keep detailed records of data sources, methodologies, and analysis processes to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
- Learn and Adapt: Continuously learn new data analysis tools, software, and best practices to enhance your skillset and contribute more effectively.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred; alternatively, equivalent practical experience is accepted.
- Technical Skills: Basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) is required. Familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical team members.
- Attention to Detail: A high level of accuracy when handling data and a strong desire to learn and improve processes.
- Problem Solving: Proactive approach to identifying potential issues in datasets and proposing solutions.
