Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather raw data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy through cleaning and formatting.
- Visualization: Create intuitive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau to visualize key performance indicators.
- Analysis: Assist in identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies within datasets to support business decision-making.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data sources, methodologies, and findings for future reference.
- Support: Assist senior analysts in complex data modeling and SQL query optimization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Basic Coding: Familiarity with SQL or Python (a willingness to learn is essential).
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot errors and ensure data integrity.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
