- Maintain and update data documentation and logs.

Who We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Business, Computer Science) or equivalent work experience.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts).
- Familiarity with SQL concepts (SELECT, JOINs, WHERE) or Python basics.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate datasets from internal sources and external APIs.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify key trends and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to define data needs.
- Support the data warehouse team with query optimization and data integrity checks.
- Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations for management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong foundation in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, IF statements, Pivot Tables).
- Understanding of basic SQL syntax (SELECT, FROM, WHERE, JOIN).
- Basic knowledge of Python or R libraries (Pandas, NumPy) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
