Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Assist in gathering raw data from various sources and ensure it is clean, organized, and formatted for analysis.
- Report Generation: Learn to create clear, concise, and visually appealing reports to present findings to stakeholders.
- SQL & Database Management: Develop basic querying skills using SQL to retrieve data and understand database structures.
- Trend Analysis: Collaborate with the marketing team to identify market trends and customer behavior patterns.
- Visualization: Utilize tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI to create dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of data processes and analysis methodologies.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups and cross-functional team meetings to align on project goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Information Systems) or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required. We value potential and attitude over past job titles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is required; familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus but not mandatory.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to spot patterns in complex data sets.
