Responsibilities
- Assist in Data Collection: Gather and compile data from various internal and external sources to build comprehensive datasets.
- Data Visualization: Create clear, concise charts, graphs, and dashboards using tools like Tableau or Excel to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Data Cleaning & Maintenance: Perform routine data cleaning and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity of our reporting databases.
- Trend Analysis: Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in data to help the business anticipate market shifts.
- Report Generation: Generate weekly and monthly analytical reports that summarize key performance indicators (KPIs) for management.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field is preferred. Candidates currently pursuing a degree are also encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts) is required. Experience with SQL or Python is a plus but not mandatory as training is provided.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail and the ability to think critically about complex datasets.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to a diverse audience.
