Responsibilities
- Collect and clean raw data from multiple sources (CRM, databases, spreadsheets).
- Assist in the creation of interactive dashboards and static reports using Tableau or Power BI.
- Perform basic statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in datasets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to understand data needs.
- Document data processes and maintain data integrity standards.
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests from management.
Qualifications
- No prior professional experience required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Charts.
- Basic understanding of SQL (SELECT, WHERE, JOIN) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
