Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Assist in gathering, cleaning, and validating datasets from various internal and external sources to ensure accuracy.
- Reporting & Visualization: Create intuitive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform basic statistical analysis to identify trends, outliers, and patterns that drive business strategy.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data projects.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analysis processes.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data workflows and improve data quality standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of SQL or Python is a strong plus but not mandatory.
- Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain data to non-technical audiences.
