Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Dashboard Creation: Build interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations that influence business strategy.
- Reporting: Generate clear, concise reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate findings effectively.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to identify data requirements and optimize business processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries), Excel (advanced functions), and basic knowledge of Python or R.
- Visualization: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
