Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and generate actionable business insights
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive reporting
- Develop SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Prepare comprehensive data visualizations for client presentations and stakeholder reviews
- Assist in designing A/B tests and evaluating campaign effectiveness
- Maintain data quality standards and document analytical processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 0-2 years of professional data analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases
- Strong knowledge of Excel, including VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, and advanced functions
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Basic understanding of statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
