Responsibilities
- Clean, organize, and analyze large datasets using Excel and SQL
- Create compelling data visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Assist in developing KPI dashboards for department heads
- Identify trends and anomalies in sales/customer data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decisions
- Document data processes and maintain data quality standards
- Participate in bi-weekly analytics training sessions
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Statistics, Math, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Basic understanding of SQL queries
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication skills for presenting findings
- Ability to learn new tools quickly (training provided)
- Attention to detail with 95%+ accuracy in data handling
