Job Summary
In this entry-level role, you will assist our senior engineering team in maintaining, monitoring, and optimizing our cloud infrastructure. You will gain hands-on experience with cloud computing concepts, virtualization, and IT support protocols.
Responsibilities
- Monitor Cloud Systems: Utilize monitoring tools to track server health, application performance, and network traffic.
- Assist with Deployments: Support the deployment of code and infrastructure changes under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot basic cloud-related issues and resolve user tickets in our ticketing system.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of system configurations and troubleshooting procedures.

Qualifications
