Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal users via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems including Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Document technical issues and resolutions in ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network infrastructure projects
- Participate in weekly training sessions covering cybersecurity basics, cloud fundamentals, and automation tools
- Assist with asset management and inventory control for IT equipment
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and SOP documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts
- Customer service experience with strong problem-solving abilities
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification is a plus (training provided)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license required for equipment transport
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Must pass background check and pre-employment skills assessment
