Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues
- Assist with network monitoring and basic system administration tasks
- Document IT procedures and maintain accurate incident logs
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness training drills
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex troubleshooting
- Deploy and configure workstations/servers under supervision
- Support internal IT projects including system migrations
- Conduct user training on new technologies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Customer service experience with strong communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification desired
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work flexible hours
- Valid Texas driver's license required
