Responsibilities
- Participate in structured paid training covering hardware/software troubleshooting, network protocols, and security best practices
- Assist senior technicians with desktop support, system installations, and user account management
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles for internal use
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure under supervision
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Complete certification training (CompTIA A+, Network+) during employment period
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in IT preferred
