Responsibilities
- Participate in structured training modules covering hardware/software troubleshooting, network protocols, and cybersecurity basics
- Assist senior technicians with desktop/laptop support, printer setup, and peripheral maintenance
- Learn and apply ticketing systems, documentation practices, and ITIL fundamentals
- Provide basic user support via phone, email, and in-person for internal and external clients
- Shadow experienced IT professionals during live system deployments and maintenance
- Develop skills in operating systems (Windows/Linux), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and automation tools
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and internet navigation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service aptitude
- Ability to learn technical concepts quickly and adapt to evolving technologies
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for occasional on-site support)
- CompTIA A+ certification is a plus but not required
