Responsibilities
- Participate in hands-on technical training sessions covering Windows/Linux systems, cloud services, and network infrastructure
- Assist senior technicians with hardware/software installation, configuration, and maintenance
- Learn to diagnose and resolve end-user issues via ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles for team reference
- Gain exposure to enterprise environments including Active Directory, VMWare, and Microsoft 365
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and system upgrades
- Develop customer service skills through direct user interaction and support desk rotations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required)
- Passion for technology and eagerness to learn new systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Basic familiarity with computer hardware/software concepts
- Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- CompTIA A+ certification is a plus but not mandatory (training provided)
- Must pass background check and pre-employment skills assessment
