Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure computer hardware, software, and peripherals
- Monitor and maintain network performance and security systems
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal and external clients
- Document IT processes and maintain service desk ticket systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex infrastructure projects
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness initiatives
- Implement backup and disaster recovery procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of computer hardware/software concepts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification a plus (not required)
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
