Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees regarding hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical problems using ticketing systems like Zendesk.
- Perform hardware installations, updates, and basic troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to learn best practices for system maintenance.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
- Monitor system performance and report anomalies to the IT Manager.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computers, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and internet protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to obtain relevant IT certifications (we will assist).
- Reliable transportation to the Arlington office.
