Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for 50+ daily users
- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 workstations and peripherals
- Manage Active Directory user accounts and group policies
- Document IT processes using ServiceNow ticketing system
- Assist with network infrastructure monitoring and basic firewall maintenance
- Provide Tier 1 support via phone, chat, and in-person requests
- Participate in weekly cross-departmental IT projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college/tech certification preferred
- Basic familiarity with Windows OS and networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving and customer service aptitude
- Ability to lift 20 lbs and work flexible hours
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or willingness to obtain)
