Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for clients via remote and on-site support
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals
- Document technical issues and resolutions in service management systems
- Provide tier-1 customer support with exceptional communication skills
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures

Qualifications
