Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Document technical issues and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex infrastructure projects
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness training and best practices
- Assist with network monitoring and maintenance tasks
- Complete vendor certification training (CompTIA A+/Network+)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in server environments
- Valid driver's license (for occasional client site visits)
- CompTIA A+ certification (or commitment to obtain within 6 months)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Availability for occasional evening/weekend on-call rotations
